Refund policy

DAWGS OF THE WOODS RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Exchanges are available for a different size or color (if stock allows)
  • Customer covers return-shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Final sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. REFUNDS 

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, email us at dawgsofthewoods@gmail.com within 7 days for a replacement or refund. If items were damaged in transit, then the shipping company is responsible for damages. 

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email dawgsofthewoods@gmail.com with:
    1. Your order number
    2. The item(s) you want to return OR exchange
    3. Reason for return/exchange (Optional, but helps us improve!)
  2. We will send you return instructions and a shipping address
